In the spring of 2009, The U.S. State Department contracted JAXX THEATRICALS as a Cultural Envoy for the USA representing American Musical Theatre. JAXX THEATRICALS was commissioned by the US Embassy in Baku, Azerbaijan to produce and direct Broadway In Baku.
